Our client, a leading European IPP whose development business has gone from strength to strength, is looking to recruit a Head of Development in France (Wind and Solar).
This individual will be in a key leadership position and the main focus will be to develop projects and drive the company’s project development strategy. Key responsibilities will include the management and development of several teams including Project Developers, Prospecting Managers and Photovoltaic Developers.
This individual will be confident to lead, define and ensure the correct implementation of the French development strategy which must align with the agreed objectives including prospecting, development, the appraisal phase, and multi-energy projects.
In addition to this, all projects must be managed in a seamless manner throughout the development process (prospecting and securing land, carrying out studies and the sizing of each project, and obtaining permits until the final handover of projects to the Execution team.
